I’m sharing a #wonjustudiorental recommendation for a one-room near Sangji University where many #SangjiUniversity students have stayed over the years.
Why am I writing about this one in particular? My parents run it as a small family business, and whenever I have time, I stop by to help with #studioroom cleaning and upkeep.

1. Since this one-room building is located right in front of the back gate of Sangji University, we give priority to students first. Thanks for understanding.
(That said, responsible military tenants are also welcome to reach out.)
2. To help keep the building clean, we prefer non-smokers.
Address: 61 Sangjidae-gil, above #33Gyeopsal (1st floor) and #CasaJamila near Sangji University (2nd floor)
The one-room units are on the 3rd floor of the same building.
As a true #sangjiuniversitybackgateoneroom option, it’s literally steps from the back gate of Sangji University.

(For jeonse-style advance rent)
Until 6/30: deposit $220 / advance rent $1,029.
For a 1-year contract: deposit $220 / advance rent $2,352.
*Building maintenance fees are included.
*Electricity and city gas are charged separately.
(For monthly rent)
Deposit: $1,470
Monthly rent: $220 (KRW 270,000 + about $22 maintenance fee for internet, water, shared electricity, building cleaning, and general management)
*Electricity and city gas are separate.
